Digital product and voluntary refunds
The REV A build pack is delivered digitally. BirdBoy does not offer an additional voluntary money-back guarantee for a change of mind after access to the files has begun. This does not remove any statutory rights or restrict Paddle’s ability to issue a refund.
Withdrawal rights
For consumers in the EU and other places with withdrawal rights, the right to withdraw from a digital-content purchase may end when delivery or use begins, but only where the required express consent, acknowledgement of the loss of that right, and contract confirmation have been given. If those conditions are not met, or local law grants a right that cannot be waived, that right remains.
Who handles refund requests?
Paddle sells the pack as merchant of record. Purchases and refund requests are governed by Paddle’s Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. Paddle can issue refunds when required by law or at its discretion. Use Paddle buyer support with your purchase email or transaction details to make a request.
Access or product problems
If the files are inaccessible, defective or materially different from their description, contact hi@playbirdboy.com so we can help. Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
Access after a full refund
When Paddle confirms an approved full refund, access granted by that purchase to the REV A guide and downloads ends.
